The Impact of Basic Cadre Training for Taruna Melati 1 (PKDTM 1) on Enhancing Religious Activities Among Students at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong, Bontonompo Selatan District

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Taruna Melati 1 Basic Cadre Training (PKDTM 1) on increasing the religious activities of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong. Kec. South Bontonompo. Gowa Regency, by knowing (1) The implementation of PKDTM 1 at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong Kec. South Bontonompo Kab Gowa. (2) Religious Activities of Students at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong. Kec. South Bontonompo. Gowa Regency. (3) The impact of PKDTM 1 on increasing the religious activities of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong. Kec. South Bontonompo. Kab. Gowa.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing the Madrasah Founder, madrasah head, grade 9 homeroom teacher, religious extracurricular coaches, students (ranting leaders / osis leaders), and parents of students. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources.  Data management and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The testing of data validity through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of PKDTM 1 at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong begins with planning, then implementation, then the follow-up stage. The religious activities of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong include the implementation of dhuha prayers, recitation of prayers before and after learning, giving positive advice before starting learning, congregational zuhur prayers which are coupled with protocol / MC, recitation of the holy verses of the Koran and cultum, implementation of safari Ramadan, and Training of Basic Cadres of Taruna Melati 1 (PKDTM 1). The impact of basic cadre training for jasmine cadets 1 (PKDTM 1) in increasing the religious activities of students at MTs Muhammadiyah Likuboddong is the discipline of worship, being responsible, having good morals, and being active in organizations (IPM organizations). PKDTM 1 is able to instill a spirit of religious moderation from an early age.The implication of this research is that the madrasah head is expected to participate in the training planning process so that the material to be presented and the presenters can be more precise and directed according to the needs of students.  The madrasah and parents of students pay more attention to the activities of students in the coaching and mentoring process in the form of post-training follow-up so that the training objectives can be achieved optimally.
